Thunder Bay authorities have urged the public to steer clear of a section in the city’s northern region as they probe a murder case. Responding to 911 calls about an injured man at County Fair Plaza and the Landmark Inn around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, the police rushed to the scene. The man was transported to Thunder Bay hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Law enforcement officials are maintaining a presence in the vicinity, with portions of the Landmark’s parking area and a nearby trail secured. Further details on the incident are pending.
