Exciting news, everyone!

Almost immediately after the popular hockey romance series “Heated Rivalry” premiered, the spotlight turned to the Team Canada zip-up fleece worn by Shane Hollander, portrayed by Canadian actor Hudson Williams, in Episode 2 during the Sochi Olympics scenes.

Despite not being an official Team Canada product, fans have been clamoring to get their hands on the sought-after white fleece ever since. Now, in response to fan demand, the show’s creators have teamed up with a Canadian clothing company to make it available for purchase.

“We are thrilled to announce the release of the fleece,” stated Province of Canada, the apparel company, on its website and social media platforms, paying homage to one of the show’s memorable lines.

The Toronto-based clothing brand will manufacture and distribute the jacket. Details regarding pricing and the official release date are yet to be confirmed, with Province of Canada promising to share this information soon.

“The fans are the lifeblood of “Heated Rivalry,” and this development is entirely thanks to their support,” remarked Jacob Tierney and Brendan Brady, executive producers and co-presidents of Accent Aigu Entertainment, in a press release on Wednesday.

“We have paid close attention to their requests, and the fleece jacket has been a top priority,” they added.

The Enthusiasm for Heated Rivalry

Describing “Heated Rivalry” as merely popular would be an understatement. The series, which revolves around two hockey players engaged in a clandestine relationship off the ice, has sparked an intense following.

The six-episode show is adapted from the steamy hockey romance series “Game Changers” by Nova Scotia author Rachel Reid. The TV iteration was spearheaded by Tierney for Crave.
