The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced on Monday that they are looking into a fresh sexual battery accusation against hip-hop mogul Sean (Diddy) Combs, who is currently serving a four-year prison term for prostitution-related offenses.
A male music producer and publicist reported that during a 2020 photo shoot at a Los Angeles warehouse, Combs exposed himself while masturbating and instructed the accuser to assist him. The producer stated that Combs then threw a soiled shirt at him. The accuser, whose identity is concealed in the police report, disclosed that he kept silent for years out of embarrassment. However, he decided to report the incident to the police in Largo, Florida, in September, following Combs’ conviction on other charges.
Combs’ attorney did not provide an immediate response to an email inquiry from The Associated Press regarding the recent allegations. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department confirmed receiving an official copy of the report from the Florida department on Friday and declared their intent to investigate the claims.
Additionally, the report includes an account from March 2021, where the accuser alleges that two men covered his head before Combs entered the room and accused him of being a snitch, according to NBC. Combs was found guilty in July of transporting his partners and male sex workers across the country for drug-fueled sexual activities at various locations over an extended period. While acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have resulted in a life sentence, he is scheduled for release in May 2028, with the possibility of sentence reductions through participation in prison programs, including substance abuse treatment.
