U.S. President Donald Trump has granted multiple pipeline permits, including one for a new pipeline construction to enhance the transportation of crude oil and petroleum products between the United States and Canada. The White House recently released documents detailing these permits.
The authorization for construction was given to the Bakken Pipeline Company for pipeline facilities located in Burke County, North Dakota. Additionally, permits were issued for the maintenance and operation of existing pipelines at border locations, as follows:
– Bakken Pipeline Company is permitted to operate and maintain existing pipeline facilities in Burke County, North Dakota.
– Enbridge Energy has been granted permission to operate and maintain existing pipeline facilities in St. Clair County, Michigan.
– Enbridge Energy is also authorized to operate and maintain existing pipeline facilities in Pembina County, North Dakota.
