Ottawa’s public transportation authority has resolved a ventilation issue that caused delays on the LRT line east of Tremblay station for the majority of Tuesday morning. OC Transpo deployed R1 buses to operate between Blair and Hurdman stations while trains continued running between Tremblay and Tunney’s Pasture stations. Full LRT service resumed shortly after noon, with officials providing no further details on the initial problem.
Additionally, a medical emergency situation temporarily impacted platforms at Lyon, Pimisi, and Bayview stations on Tuesday morning. OC Transpo reported the matter resolved by 8:05 a.m.
